Favorites' Properties not showing the url link

When I click the properties of my Favorites, there is
only the "General" tab being displayed. Within it, only
the IE icon is display and the location of the file in my
pc. The url address of the favorite site could not be
found.
How can I make it to show the url link as before? Thanks.
