Favorites, Organize, New folder, error 339

When I try to create a new folder I get error 339: Object
doesn't support this property or method. The create
folder box has a blue border when the others don't. How
do I create new folders?

As in this article you may have a corrupt .ocx file or the version has
changed with the addition of new software.

XL2002: "Run-Time Error 339" Error Message When You Add a Control to a
Workbook
Run-time error '339' Component 'COMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not
correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

I have windows xp, prof ed. The articles refer to nt4

and 98se. 295351 is not available in search engine.
Otherwise talks about running scripts and reading html
files off the internet. I am just trying to organize
favorites. Thoughts?
