Favorites not dispaying and add to favorites not working

Favorites folder is still there but when I pressed 'Favorites' there is
nothin there and 'Add to favorites' does not do anything and no error is
returned. Happened one day for resons unknown and has been working for as
long as I can remember. Virus checkers gove clean bill.

Any thoughts! Thanks in advance. Paul

I believe your favorites folder is corrupt. Create a new one as per the
instructions at the URL below:
