I have had a virus (that has been deleted and repaired) and it has affected
my favorites folder. I can no longer access my favorites folder from the
toolbar. Any suggestions?

Andrew,
"I can no longer access my favorites folder"
What happens when you do? (what OS?)

Can you access the "Favorites" folder via Windows Explorer?
Does the Favorites folder have a special icon? (looks like a star)
Can you Export via IE | File | Import\Export
