Jefferson Airplane :D

I spose Psychedelic rock doesnt count
Yep, it do.

Fascinating, your obsession with Jefferson Airplane.

I was about at the time, they were Ok, Woodstock was their peak (Good morning, we are going to play Morning Maniac Music) but all in all, to my mind they was just average, lot better about at the time.

I have their 'best of' CD and the live Woodstock tracks, quite enough for me.

In their defense, they were terribly fashionable at the time, but the passage of time has not been kind to them :(

Fave Rock Bands

I'm really into the Foo Fighters and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

It takes me a while to get into a band I have to really get a feel for the style of music and the lyrics. I've been into Bon Jovi since I was......I'm not gonna say! Linkin Park's another one.

Older bands I admire and have lotsa stuff by- Genesis, I love the spin -off albums such as ' A Curious Feeling' by Tony Banks. Jethro Tull too. Pearl Jam - missed my chanceof a ticket this year damn!

Has anyone seen the Australian Pink Floyd? They are brilliant.

great song

I drove my tractor to your haystack last night (ooh-aah ooh-aah),

I threw me
pitchfork at your dog to keep quiet (ooh-aah ooh-aah),

Now something's telling me that you'll confide in me (ooh-aah ooh-aah),
Come on now

Murdoch listed some Wurzels lyrics, so...

I once had the misfortune to see the Wurzels at some dodgy nightclub in Watford - Baileys, I think it was called.

My opinion of them changed however during their rendition of the song 'Una Paloma Blanca'

After a while I realised that when they were singing the chorus 'Una Paloma Blanca' they were in fact singing 'I likes to pull my plonker'

Needless to say, I  especially when I noticed hardly anybody else in the audience seemed to notice :D
