Allow me to first apologize if this question was posted
previously, it is late as I write this and I have to get
up early so I didn't bother to do a search. My question
is how can I get IE to keep the little icons that are
associated with websites in my favorites folder? I just
receieved my laptop back from Warranty Repair and when I
checked all of my icons were gone (all of my favorites
were there in the folder) but they all had the default
Blue and White "e". I want the icons that are normally
associated with each individual site. It makes it so easy
to spot the site I want to get at quickly. I know there
is a program that does this for you but I want to know a
free way of doing it. There has got to be a way in IE to
make these icons default instead of the "e". Also, I
know you may suggest that I just delete the old link and
re add the link to my favorites, but what happens if even
when you do that the icon doesn't even appear in the
address bar when you type in the site? How do you get
that back as well? Please any help would be appreciated.
Thank You.
