Faulting application winword.exe Version 11.0.5604.0, Stamp 3f314a

I have a client who has three brand new machines connected to a Windows 2003
Back Office Server. On all three we are getting errors ever so often in the
logs that state

Faulting application winword.exe Version 11.0.5604.0, Stamp 3f314a2f,
faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, stamp 411096b4, debug?0,
fault address 0x0001eb33

If you click the link it takes you to the defaut microsoft do not know error.

Is there any one who can identify what is causeing this.
We have updated to SP3 for Office and all updates and patches are on both
the server and the local machines.

Any ideas out there?
