I have seen this before in in my sys events logs and now it's back. The
application does not show up on any searches, but the referred to
"ole32.dll" is in my win/sys32 folder. I tried the google search and it
seems to run me around chasing from one site to the next. So what's the
story on this app and where should it be, why am I seeing the error reported
and how to fix it?

After doing much more searching and following leads, it appears that the
application file is somehow associated with my Party Poker program (although
it does not show up anywhere). I have no clue why the app fault shows up in
the event log since I seem to have no problem with the program at any time.
I'm now going to try and contact Party Poker to see what they can tell me.
"I'll quit learning when they close the lid on my coffin"

It seems the mystery gets more complicated. The error message only shows up
on the start of party poker and yet a full search of my drive (with all
hidden/system files being checked) turns up no such app (pprekop.exe). I had
the event viewer open and watched as I started Party Poker - the error
showed up at that exact second. I also searched through the registry and the
only sign of any such file turns up in my recent search keys. So, ... how
does a file (pprekop.exe) which doesn't show up on my system, cause an error
message in my sys event log (application)??? Scratching my head over this
one ...!! Here is the event reported :
