Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module user32.dll, version 5.1.26

Explore keeps crashing on my machine whenever i perform an action using
it e.g. copy a file. I get the windows error report but that crashes
if you try to look at debug. Explorer closes but can be restarted with
no problems (until you try to do something)

I am running XP pro SP2 (Dell GX260 512mb). This is my work PC. At
home I am running XP Home SP2 with no problems. Do I have some
software conflict? I am not running anything special, just office
(fully installed), Project and Messenger Beta v7. We use a ISA server
firewall client and symantic virus software. Nobody else in the office
is having these problems. I have even resorted to rebuilding my
machine twice... and replaced the hard drive.

I have run chkdsk and had no reported issues so I am not sure it is
hardware.
