Faulting application excel.exe, version 10.0.4302.0, faulting module vbe6.dll, v

I get this error at least once a day in Excel 2002 SP2,

"Faulting application excel.exe, version 10.0.4302.0,
faulting module vbe6.dll, version 6.4.99.69, fault address
0x000b8fab."

Does anyone have any idea on what this is and how to fix
the problem?
