When I try to start Excel 2007 I get the following crash error.

1. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
2. Using System Restore to go back 15 days.
3. Using the Microsoft Office Diagnostic tool.
I am running Vista 64 with all of the latest updates installed on Vista and
Microsoft Office.
Any suggestions on fixing this bug?
