Fatal System Error

............. with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down

This blue screen shows every time I ry to boot the system. The system will
not boot no matter how long I leave it, even when I try to boot in any of
the safe modes, ie: last known good configruation, it just keeps on going to
the same blue screen. I am running XP home edition.

Any suggestions?
