fatal execution engine error

Boy do i need help, everytime for the last month, not before, when i sign on
my computer i get the message fatal execution engine error (0x7927baca), i
click on it and i get the debugging window, when i click on thatit says
application has generated an exception that could not be handled. process
id=0x720(1824) thread id= 0x768 (1896) I would sure like to know what is
happening. Did i do something? How can i fix this.

If you dont have SP2 installed,download and install the JET installation,and
the MDAC 2.8 installation from microsoft,JET is at 4.0 i believe.

Thank you for your anzwer however, i am not a computer geek so i do not know
where to go to download what you suggested. Also, i would like to know
exactly what i did that caused this so i do not do it again. Thanks again
