Fatal Execution Egine Error

I've encountered a Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927e03e). It's crippled
my use of my tools such as control panel.

When I try to go use Explore I get this message or "Registered JIT debugger
is not available. An attempt to launch a KIT debugger with the following
command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings.
cordbg.exe.....

Does anyone have any suggestion for how I can get out of this mess?

If you don't have the .net framework installed, you need to install it now. If you have the .net framework installed, it became corrupted and needs to be reinstalled.

Version 2.0 is not an update to version 1.1 - the two are separate.

The .net framework is an extension of the Windows OS. You do no harm whatsoever to your computer by installing it.

Thank you. Problem is I can't use Explorer because of the error and have
also been blocked from reinstalling due to the error..
