Hi ,
I understand your issue,but the Error "fatal execution engine error
(0x7927baca)" in most cases appears when you run outlook.Do you have
outlook as well installed in your system.Please try the below solution and
let me know.

solution:
This issue may occur when both Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0
and 1.1 were installed. Please uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0,
Microsoft
.NET Framework 1.1 and Business Contact Manager 2003. And then reinstall
Business
Contact Manager 2003.

To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Start->Settings->Control Panel (Start->Control Panel), Double
click Add or
Remove Programs
2. Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0, Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and
Business Contact Manager 2003.
3. Reinstall Business Contact Manager 2003

I tried to follow your instructions, but, though I was able to uninstall Net 1.1, I was unable to uninstall Net framework 1.0.3705. I get an error message: .....Setup has failed. If this continues, please contact product support

Any suggestions
Thanks
Cynthi

I was unable to use the Dell Support feature that came with my computer, and I also get the following error messages: 1. Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7926fcd8

2. Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0xb88 (2952), Thread id=0xec (236

3. Application has generated an expecption that could not be handled.
Process id=0xfac (4012), Thread id = 0xd4(212)

I've read on the dell support groups as well as the Microsoft Support
Groups that in order to correct this problem I must remove Microsoft
Net.Framework 1.0.3705.

I tried to delete NET.framework from the add/remove applications
utility, and got the following error
Microsoft Net. framework setup has failed. If this continutes please
contact product support

I next went to the Microsoft support groups, found related entries and
tried to remove the Net.framework manually. I followed the directions,
but I was prohibited from removeing any of the parts of the
installation.
