My ISP changed names. I just finished the conversion and updated all my
accounts in Outlook. Now, I can't access the "Account" button when sending
e-mails without getting a Fatal Error message. My ISP said it wasn't
anything on their part, but it worked fine yesterday. What am I doing wrong
and what should I be doing. Thanks.

Depends on your version of Outlook, type of mail account and what method you
used (steps to reproduce) to update all your accounts.

I have Outlook 2003. I had to change my POP and STMP from cox.net to
suddenlink.net, went to tools, etc. and changed all the info there. I did
nothing out of the ordinary.

It is better to remove the account completely and add a new one.
