Fatal error XP Home Edition

I am getting the following message when I start up:
Window cannot load,a required priviledge is not held by
client.

Followed by Fatal system error oxc0000005

The computer came with software loaded at factory
 
Try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this
began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
