Fatal Error mscorlib.dll

Starting PC brings this error message.
Fatal Error: failed to delay load library mscorlib.dll Win 32 error: 193

The pc seems to work ok except when attempting to use a photo editing
program which came with the HP all-in-one, and then the error is repeated!

Eddie or Anyone else,

I am having a problem also with the following error when I boot up or try to
load microsoft updates sp1
"delay load library mscorlib.dll (win32, error 193) this program can no
longer run and will now terminate".

Does anyone know how to correct this error. I believe that when I loaded
microsoft updates during the last month that the above error occurred.

twice when I boot up, only option is OK. Everything seems to run fine, but I
can't run my HP photo editing program.

You might try a Google Groups search for posts on the file:

http://groups.google.com/groups/search?q=mscorlib.dll&qt_s=Search+Groups

Also try this: Click Start, Run, type SFC /SCANNOW, click OK. If any
files are damaged or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to
reboot afterwards so damaged files will be replaced.

Thanks for the help. Running SCANNOW didn't fix it, but I checked out the
Google groups and actually bought RegCure that was advertised there. Did the
trick.
