error when trying to open Media Center

Please help!

When I try to open Media Center, it tells me Fatal error, failed to delay
load library mscorlib.dll (Win32 error:193)
This program can no longer run and will now terminate

Please help

WMP: You can reinstall it from "%systemdrive%\program files\windows media
player\installer\mpsetupxp.exe"
