Anyone know how to reset the NTFS security permissions in
command console? Or any other way to get access to the
drive so it will boot up?
 
Error 0xc000021a is STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED. Without knowing which
process died or why, I'd recommend doing a recovery from your Windows CD.

The cmdline tool to view/change file permissions is cacls.exe. I don't know
how this is related to file permissions, though.
