C000021A fatal error

error C000021A fatal system error. system has been shutdown.
i can't access the system


It seems it happened after the latest patches installation, but i didn't know.
can any body assist?

Do you have Roxio GoBack installed on your PC?
Do you have installed something before this problem happens?
