fastfat.sys >> BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH

We got a computer here that has XP pro and SP1 (installed only a few days
ago)
the other thing we did was to install a USB driver for connecting a nokia
cell phone to get the
digital pictures from its camera.

Now when we start the computer we get a Blue screen of death that says
something about fastafat.sys
but the rest is jibberish since this version of XP is GREEK, and whenever a
Greek version of
XP has a blue screen the words are not readable (neither in english or greek
just mixed characters).
This happens to all Greek XP when you get a bluse screen, not only this
computer.
After 4 or 5 restarts and blue screens the computer boots at last.

There is no info about this problem in the EVENT VIEWER although I think
there should be.

I tried googling this problem but with no good result.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you run sfc /scannow

Defective system files, would be replaced.

I did that, it went through the process but nothing has changed....still the

I have already googled that, but this is not the case...since sfc /scannow
should have fixed that.
