Hi All
Would like to get rid of my weakest cruncher - ancient Viglen 650MHz - must be a waste of electricity with its 200W psu.
Have seen this on saverstore.com
AMD Dual Core 4000+
1GB DDR2
nVidia Graphics, Micro ATX MB
80GB HDD
DVD-RW
Midi-tower case with 300W psu.
Would be using Linux OS 2007.
£149 inc free delivery.
Any opinions very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Good price. Only real drawback is the integrated graphics but if you're not going to be playing latest games, that's ok.

Certainly better than that Viglen, anyway ;)

My only worry would be wondering whether PC Linux OS2007 would recognise all the hardware though I think it's likely it would, that's a real fine distro.

Thanks Guys - will go with that. Regarding Linux OS 2007 - it is good. Have had trouble with playing video on other distros (I'm sure due to my ignorance) but this one downloaded the add-on required immediately.
Cheers,
peahouse05:)
