Fastconv Extraction Tool

okay so i have the fastconv.exe and i kno the command line and when i
hit enter it get a access denided! whats up with that?? i have the
USMT2.UNC in C drive. helpp. can someone tell me what to do like give
me the command line? im on winxp pro sp2. thanks
