Fast User Switching

I set up an account for my husband and checked fast user switching but when
I'm logged on, fast user switching doesn't work. It won't switch from my
account to his. I have to log out, unhook my stupid dial up and log back in
to his account, reconnect to the internet, etc. Can anyone help?

After "Nospam" suggestion, you can also check out the "Fast User Switching"
service either it is running or not. To check this:

1. Right-click on My Computer - choose Manager.
2. Move to Service and Application then Service.
3. Check the "Status" and "Startup Type" of Fast User Switching service.
4. If it is not "Started" or "Startup Type" is "Disabled" then double-click
the service and change the Startup type to "Automatic" and click the Start
button.
