Fast user switching and welcome screen and Re Login

I find that with Fast User Switching and the Welcome screen turned on - the
computer after a few minutes of idle activity goes to the login/welcome
screen. Is it possible to stop this from happening and just stay open on
the desktop?

I don't have standby switched on.
