Fans still ON in standby (suspend to RAM)

Hello,

I have a problem concerning fans not turning off in standby (Suspend to
RAM).
Until recently my PC didnt have any problems with going to standby and
turning off everything, but now it shuts down the hard drives but leaves the
fans ON. But when I switch to other account on Windows there is no such
problem and it shuts down compltely. What may be the reason of that? Any
software I installed? Have any of You had such a problem?

I believe that some Motherboards have a setting in the BIOS to leave Fans on
in standby.
