then wouldnt a reseat be in order?
thankfully i have never seen these kinda temp with my cpu, just with my graphics card :blush:

:lol: Hi Alf... well actually, the PC is only a fortnight old and it has a "Zalman CNPS9700 NT Tritium Super Aero Cooler" on board, in addition to a 120mm case fan .... just trying to establish why they don't seem to be cooling the CPU :rolleyes:

perhaps they forgot to remove the plastic cover on the heatsink :D

That Zalman is fine for that pc, its clearly not installed right imo....

PC Probe isn't great either imo.... Core Temp & Speedfan all the way. :)
