If you still have problems after checking your firewall and
anti-virus software, then look for the post that talks
about solving a similar problem with Javascript (which is
used for handling pop-ups). For MVP's out there, from
searching on the Javascript problem, there are a bunch of
seemingly unrelated items that are caused by script engine
problems or other steps that have upset scripting.
