Failure to exit

I am using MS Office Access 2003. When I exit the program, there is an
error message saying that there is problem in Microsoft Office Access and
you must close it. The dialog box is also defaulted to reopening Microsoft
Office Access. It does not happen if I close the program with a database
opened. Can someone advise the possible causes and fixes.

Microsoft Access is the most important product in Microsofts lineup--
but it is the buggiest program EVER.

sorry that Microsoft doesnt take Access developers seriously-- I would
reccomend changing to PHP/MYSQL or something because Microsoft is drunk
with their own success and they do not innovate-- they're too stuck on
Excel to ever take Access seriously.

Microsoft Sr Management should be in JAIL for selling software that is
this buggy
