Error message whenever closing Access 2007

I get an error message whenever I exit from Access 2007. As soon as I closed
the application, an error message window pops up stating " Microsoft Office
Access has encountered a problem and needs to close..." , asking me to send
an error report to Microsoft. Once I send the error report, the window will
reopen the file that I just closed, unless I check off a box each time.
This is very annoying and silly!. I guess Access is mistaking my command to
close to a systen crash!!
I am wondering if there is a way to disable error reporting system in
access 07 and/or fix this big.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Btw, I am running on XP

Do you have any add-ins that could be causing the crash? For example, an
early version of this utility would crash on closed if A2007 was minimized:
http://www.avenius.de/index.php?Produkte:DBC2007

Have you applied SP1 for Office 2007 yet? Here:
http://office.microsoft.com/search/redir.aspx?AssetID=DC102486291033&Origin=HH102511011033&CTT=5

Does this only happen if you are altering a property at the time you close?
There was a bug where this crash could occur unless you clicked elsewhere in
the Properties box so the change of property was taken.

Tried the usual things like a compact/repair:
Office Button | Manage | Compact/Repair

Does this occur with all databases, or only one?

Allen Thanks for your response.

This happens every time i close the application! Just opening and closing
the MS access, even if didn't load any DB files, would trigger this error!

I only had one add-in installed, which i just removed and still have the
issue.

No, I don't have the SP1 installed. I looked over the documentation for SP1
but did not see it will address my issue. But i should try upgrading. This
would take some time because i don't have internet access on the computer
with this issue. it is a work computer.

When i looked at the Windows Error Reporting logs, it always refer to
"faulting module xware32.dll" . Anyone know what xware32.dll does?

If nothing else, i just need to find a way to disable windows error
reporting system for Access 2007.

Thanks,

Okay: I don't recognise xware32.dll.

Hopefully your Windows System Restore doesn't put it back again.
