failure in iexplorer

I have windows xp and explorer 6 (pack service 2) in my PC. Few days ago I've
downloaded System Mechanic 6 for a deep clean and optimization; also, I've
downloaded an antispyware software (BBS). Then, I begin to see some troubles
with internet:
- I use google images (for any theme)
- If I click on one image (any), then appears a box saying "error with
iexplore, program will be closed"

At this time, I suffer this trouble only with Images on Google. I have not
see this on other internet pages.

Perhaps you can System restore to the point before the "deep clean and
optimization".

Thanks Bob. I've tried this. But the restore tool says than it can't restore
from the point chosen (before the use of System Mechanic 6). Perhaps this
tool cleans all the restore points.

Yes, many of the people here warn about the "magic fixes" as they may
remove things that shouldn't really be deleted. Is there a chance the
anti ad ware software is doing this?

Restore the files using the backup that System Mechanic
contains.
