Failed to receive & generate delivery receipt. Please help.

Hi.
Firstly our SBS 2000 Shared Fax shows a number of "failed to receive fax"
errors (Event ID:32091) even though I receive many faxes perfectly. Can
anyone help me here?
Secondly I continually get a "failed to generate a positive message box
delivery receipt" error (Event ID:32086/32087 - 0x000008EI) which used to
show a pop-up confirming fax sent. Does anyone know how to get this back?
System: Win2000 Server SP4, MultiTech 5600MDX Serial Fax Modem with latest
drivers, Fax is configured to print to default printer and store fax.

For the first issue the event should be reflecting the facts. Look at the
full event details & if you are completely convinced that the fax being
referred to in the event log is actually received, then that's a problem.
But I am not sure the information in the event log can identify the fax
message uniquely. So in fact there might be failed receive attempts.

For the second issue, give us the full event log texts. For Message Box
event log (32087), the error code 0x000008E1 indicates NERR_NameNotFound
which means the user name could not be found. If you give full details of
other event log 32086, we'd get more information.
