"Failed to print Document" error

When trying to print Outlook "Contacts' in phone book
style printer stops at page 6 of 10. "Failed to print
document" baloon appears and after 30 sec. delay pages
print with machine type icons. Upgrade installed Office
2003 standard over Office 2000 Professional. All other
document print correctly.
