trying to start printshop, i get a "failed execution engine error
"message (0x7927e03e) process id = 0xf1c(3868) Thread id= 0xf24 (3876) i've
no idea what this means...any help greatfully appreciated

yes, it worked for a long time...then i had printer woes, got them fixed, and
now it won't launch
