failed Driver Update

I try to download 2 Driver Updates:
Via Technologies.Inc..multimedia software update released
Feb.11.2004
and
advanced Micro Devices Processor software update released
Dec. 17.2002
I did try many Times always get the Message failed
download....I have Windows XP Pro.
never had any Problms before to download updates or
Drivers,what could be wrong????

Firewall could be interfering, antivirus software, maybe a cookie setting...
