I'm always connected to the internet, but when I try to use music players or
download programs, it always startes but then never is able to finish because
it says "Connection Failed" or "Try connecting to the internet, and then try
again" But I don't have dial up, I'm always connected so I don't understand
why things like itunes, or downloads con't completely download or don't work.
When I try to connect to the Itunes store, its says "The network connection
is refused, make sure your active and connected" But I will be on the
internet at the same time. Any suggestions on what to do or possibly what the
problem is would be helpful. :]

Using: Microsoft Wndows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2

Hi There! Do you have a firewall enabled? Sometimes that can block
places like iTunes and the like.
