Fading Pop-ups

I have recently changed a setting that makes pop-up
windows fade and disappear. This sounds like a good thing
at first I know. But I am realizing that I really need
many of the pop-up windows. The problem is I don't
remember where the setting for this feature is. I've
looked in internet options and a few others with no luck.
If anyone has info on this feature location, please
respond. Your help would be so appreciated!

IE does not have an option to do this. You're going to have to figure out
what other program you did it in.
