ez photo add on

When I open word an ez photo tab gets added to my toolbar,
also when I close word it asks if I want to save changes
to the ez photo template, What is causing this to add the
tabs and how do I resolve the template problem.
 
I resolved my own problem, removed the template from the
startup menu in office.
