Extremely Slow Logon Problem

I setup a new Small Business Server...All The Computers
Running Windows XP Pro. Login slow.

After entering the logon creditials...applying computer
settings and applying personal settings takes 45-60
seconds to go away before the computer starts to logon.

If I disable netbios over tcp/ip the Windows XP systems
log right on; however, the will not see any other systems
on the network including the server.

Any suggestions?
