extracting photographic pictures

can someone please tell me how to extract photographic
images from pps documents.
please send reply to (e-mail address removed) thanks you
 
Either

select them...edit copy.....start ms photo editor....paste

Or File > Save as HTML

Or File > Save as PNG

Or View > Slideshow > PrtScreen key....paste into your graphics app
