Extracting LZH

I have a LZH zip file that I can't extract in windows XP because it's not
recognized. In windows 2000 I can at least tell winzip to work with a LHA.exe
plugin but in windows XP I am clueless. Please please enlighten me.
 
Install WinZip with the LHA addin ??????
