Extracting E-mail Addresses

Guest

We set up a mailbox to receive messages from our website that basically give
us first name, last name and e-mail address if someone wishes to be added to
our e-mail list. These three items are in the body of the message with the
persons e-mail address also showing in the from line.

Now that I have this information, I'm not sure of the best way to extract
this and put it into a contact list. I have over 5,000 e-mails that I need
to add. Is there a tool that would do this for me?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I can't think of any generic tool that will do it for you. If you have
someone who can write VBscript in Outlook, it shouldn't take too long. Have
a look at http://www.lbetoolbox.com/custom-outlook-programming.htm if you
don't have anyone to do it for you.
