External Time Synchronization

Does anyone know how to change the interval that the PDC emulator
synchronizes with an external time server in Windows 2003 Active Directory?
In Windows 2000 there was a -period switch for w32tm. That does not seem to
be the case for Windows Server 2003.

I've never tried it, but there is a Group Policy setting called
SpecialPollInterval that looks like it might do the trick.
