Time Synch problems

My environment is a Windows 2000 one.

I have a PDC emulator (01) that is synching up with an
external time server. I have a DC Server (02) that synchs
it time with this PDC emulator (01).

When I log on to a member server and run the following
command:

NET TIME /RTSDOMAIN:domain

It returns with the 02 server and not the 01 server.

When i run the same command on the 01 server it also
returns with a value of the 02 server.

Can anyone explain why this is happening? Why is the
member server showing 02 as being the time server and not
01?

Is there any documentation anywhere which can better
explain or show how to set up time synchronization in a
Win2K environment?

Thanks Matjaz...
Any idea why my environment would act the way it is acting
as I described in the email?

If you read the documentation you will see, that member servers/workstations
sync time with any DC in the domain and not always with PDC role owner (page
12 point 2).
