Is it not doing anything at all when u plug it in or is it not showing up in
My Computer?
Try start/run and type in diskmgmt.msc and click ok.

Is it showing up in there anywhere?

Yes Priya: I'm Rick Willoz, Woz Office:SDK_BETA O/S. The easiest advice I can
give, is to purchase a 120 volt power adapter. You get 4 USB connects that are
powered.Take the first port and plug it into your USB port on your
Computer.This should rectify the problem.The USB's take a lot of energy. I've
locked up a duel proccessor by connecting 2 next to each other. If you convert
to USB mouse and keyboard you'll never go back. You can plug in on the fly and
don't have to restart your Computer. I run 5 Computers with 2 keyboards and 3
mouse's.Your nearest retailer will know exactly what you need.

When I go to run and diskmgmt.msc, it only has my C drive and D drive (DVD)
