External Hard Drive Problem

Hi all,

I have Win XP Home on my laptop, and I've been connecting my ACOMDATA
USB2.0 hard drive to it using the regular USB port and it's been
working fine. The other day I got a SIIG USB 2.0 and Firewire Cardbus
for it. I connected my Video camera to it and it worked fine. Then I
connected my harddrive to the USB 2.0 and it either says that "the
parameter is incorrect" or it will say that the drive is not formatted
and it will ask me if I want to format. It still works on the regular
USB however. Any ideas?
