Extensions-Plugin Management-does it exist?

In early versions of IE I could go to a list of all
installed browser extentions (flash,qt,shockwave, pdf,
etc.) and remove or adjust them at will. Is tere a way to
do this in ie6?
 
Why remove them, they may be needed later. Just disable them.

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing Uncheck the Enable 3rd party
browser extensions
