Flash images irractic/strobing

On my network I am having an issue with Flash Player running in IE6 SP1 on
70% of the PCs. The PC's are all the same hardware setup. I am running the
latest version of Flash, Shockwave and DirectX. When IE6 goes to a web page
that uses Flash (ie www.honda.ca) the Flash images appear to refreshing
irractically like a strobe effect, Flash menus are difficult if not
impossible to work with and the whole effect makes it difficult to view the
screen at all. I have uninstalling IE, Flash, etc... and reinstalling with
no changes. I loaded Firefox and plugged in Flash and it works with no
issues at all but once I go back to IE it still has the issue. Tried older
version of IE still no change. Does any one know how to fix this issue?
Thanks.

Any third-party software that may be interfering with Flash?
Spyware Blaster, a custom HOSTS file, perhaps.
Are the IE security settings to high?
Cookies must be enabled in most circumstances to run Flash.
Try a Flash-only site like this one and report back your findings.

IE settings are set at medium, only other software running is Symantec
AntiVirus, Symantec PC Anywhere. Cookies are enabled.
Tried the Flash-Only site and it works perfectly, no issues. But when I try
going to the honda site, msn or even Macromedia's site the strobing, flashing
effect occurrs.

Anything else I can look into?

John - I'm at a loss as to what other troubleshooting advice to offer.
Macromedia has a discussion forum, yes, that's like throwing you down
a block hole! That's all I've got - apologies.

Good luck.
