Extended Desktop

Anyone know if W2K supports extended desktop with the ATI
Mobility Fire Gl 7800 chipset? It is in an IBM Thinkpad
A31p. ATI claims the chip supports it.

The question is do the ATI drivers for Windows 2000 ALSO support it.
Windows 2000 supporting Extended Desktop is determined by the Graphics
adapter driver that you install so it's back to ATI and see if they have
the driver you need.

The dual display function is anabled using Hydrovision software, if this was
supplied with yr graphics
